Nominated?

Tell me sweet little lies"

Lies

I will state, for the record, who was nominated for an Academy Award for best supporting actress in the years 1967 and 1968:

1967: Supporting Actress: ESTELLE PARSONS in "Bonnie and Clyde", Carol Channing in "Thoroughly Modern Millie", Mildred Natwick in "Barefoot in the Park", Beah Richards in "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner", Katharine Ross in "The Graduate"

1968: Supporting Actress:RUTH GORDON in "Rosemary's Baby", Lynn Carlin in "Faces", Sondra Locke in "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter", Kay Medford in "Funny Girl", Estelle Parsons in "Rachel, Rachel"

That really is a hard thing to make a mistake on,....ain't it, kids?
Let's just chalk it up as a mis-statement.

Anyway......

Yes, I try not to participate in any Debra related bashing, but it certainly is interesting...isit just a mistake or did she really believe it?

Isn't the answer that she was voted something like "most promising newcomer" on the Golden Globes or some such thing?

Didn't Obama just win the Heisman trophy or a nobel, I forget which? If Debra wants to give Sharon an academy award nomination it makes just as much sense.
